I really like your website and the colorscheme.

A little bit of css for the search-button in your header would be nice. Here http://careexclusive.com/pages/events/gallery.php you have a small problem on the right side under your menu (in IE, FF and Opera) with bod.jpg.

Some questions around the IE-problem you mentioned:

is font-size:0; for the pagetitle what you whant? I still can see the title (not read it) in IE and it takes some space. Maybe deleting the title would solve your problem.
Is this "         In 2008, ..." really what you whant?

And here http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcareexclusive.com%2F you also can find some probs. Didn't have a closer look, but maybe...
