My Own template including a flash header doesnt work with XML

Hi,
I have made my own template and im working now in my local enviroment using an appserv.

Everything is working fine but my flash header doesnt.

The problem is  taht if i use a plain flash compiled file (.swf) containing the images in it, the file works fine, but if i use an image folder to call images from an .xml file, my swf file doesnt work.

Any idea?
