Here Iconic Admin, an admin template alternative.

start, addons & access have large icon with no text until we rollover the icons, then the texts appear with a little fade...  this isn't a finish product.

i do not have the wb logo, that's why it isnt there.

Replace files and here it work.

then i just uncovered a little bug

admin tools and language are not in the advance groups settings, so, unless i give full access to the demos groups, you wont see language and admin tools! that's... bizare!

added all types of pages, update my template to v 0.6

Iconic V1.0 will be very different than 0.6 is right now, icons will be smaller, ALL at left of the page, with sub menu rollover, and full page edition (will be more adequate for screen res higher than 1024x768)
