Developpers guidelines...
« on: April 03, 2009, 08:40:12 PM »
hello i've notices some little things in the core WB 2.7 :

- when using the jscalendar functions, you must use the "disabled" argument when you make an "input type = text" to prevent user to enter other things than date... and it's not the case (e. g. in take a look at the /admin/pages/sections.php and you'll see it's not made) sorry it don't work because data is not submitted, must use javascript trick instead ( onFocus="javascript:this.blur();" and style="cursor:default;" ).

- the /admin/groups.php page make a weird test to show advanced functions, and the advanced functions don't show in other languages than English...

Are there some developer guidelines to help the developer of WebsiteBaker ? I'm only a translator but i sometimes improve some modules and when i'm reading the source code of WebsiteBaker i notice there's sometime a lack of consistency...

I think somebody must make a guide to help developers...

I just want to help to improve this wonderful CMS (so far the best i've used).
