Great modification of th Multiflex-5 template. I'm trying to do a bluish version of the theme.
Didn't you have problems with the main menu and multilanguage? I'm still sruggling with that.

I cannot say I had any problems with menu and multi-language logic, you need to use a correct menu "start level" and everything should be fine. In my case it was something like:
