Manage Sections - Block - Under Menu - Help?

Hi;

I manage a 2.6.4 site that was setup by someone else and it has a feature I can't seem to find in my own 2.7 site that I am configuring.

Under V2.6.4:
- pages
- select page
- manage sections
- type: wysiwyg
- under Block: there is Main and "Under Menu"

In 2.7 there is just the "Main" selection.

This "Under Menu" allows me to add content to the left menu panel under the standard stuff.

I have checked the module downloads and searched the forum and I don't seem to be able to find this feature.

Does anyone have a link or comments on how I add this to V2.7?

This is configured in your template, and need to be activated in the settings page.

Thank you!  That's exactly what I was looking for.  Unfortunately, I never would have found it using the search terms I was trying.
