Template disappears in page menu, options and so on ...

Hi,

this is really strange: I made a new template and installed via the admin interface on my wb 2.7 site. I can see the new template via ftp on the server (same rights as any other template installed) and I can edit it with "template edit" module. But it does not appear in the list when I edit a page and click on "template" and it does not appear in the list of settings page "template". Also it does not appear in any list on the Add-Ons > Templates page.

I tried emptying the cache and "Reload Add-ons", but nothing helps.

Does anybody have an idea or canhelp?

Did you change the "info.php" of your new template?

Yes, I entered the new template directory & name.

What about the Ownership? If the template files have the same permissions like the other files that doesn't mean, that they have the right permissions for the webserver ... ownership is the key, I think.

It seems like the template name was the problem: I chose "sitemap" for a special sitemap template, but the system seems to get confused because sitemap is also a page type module.  After changing the name to menu_left_with_wite map e.g. everything works fine again.
