Quick help needed

Hi,
I am looking for a 3 column template with top menu bar that show 3 sub-levels. The ones in the template repository have various issues. Either the sub-level is not showing or not cross platform friendly. I need a quick solution and wondering anyone out there have one in hand that could share. Thanks.
