I need general support - how can I find someone?

Hi everyone,

I recently was booted off the web after 2 years by my previous South African erver because of the content of my websites (Tantra) and then I found SERVAGE based in Germany as a new server. At the time I did not know it meant a lot of do-it-yourself work. I am a novice at this. I use WebsiteBaker and this always worked extremely well with my old server (who will not support me any more). Since moving to SERVAGE I am having difficulties and they are not being much of a help at all. The problem is continuing in spite of me doing what they say I must do and they say they cannot find the fault.

I need support and would be very happy to pay someone to assist me when problems like this occur. How can I find someone?
Is there anyone in South Africa that you know of?
Otherwise in Germany as I am a resident of Germany and speak German and also have a bank account in Germany?

What the problem is:
1.) When I create a new page on WebsiteBaker it works in admin but then on the actual website I get this message: "Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

2.) I created a link on one page showing to another hidden page but when I use the link on the website I get the same message.

SERVAGE seems to not know what to do to solve the problem.

Who can help me?

This really asks for someone to have temporary access to the back end. If you send me a PM with URL of both site and admin, and your FTP account, I could take a look for you. I'm pretty experienced with WB and server related stuff, and I also had a Servage account myself until recently.

Hi,
It is a very long time ago since I posted my question here in this forum. Since then I have been battling with a South African server who attempted to take over my websites from Servage but with many problems - not in changing the server, but in getting my websites to work. He has now given up and asked me to return move away.

Servage have told me that my websites are still active there and that I can move back which I am now trying to do.

I am worried that the difficulties with WebsiteBaker will continue and as I am not clued up in these things, I am looking for support which I would also be happy to pay for.

So this message is to make contact with you and see if you are still willing to help.

I have requested Servage to send a ticket to the co.za registration and am waiting for their reply.

I'd be grateful if you could contact me and let me know.

My websites are: www.tantra-massage.co.za, www.durgatantrascho ol.co.za and www.tantra-south-africa.co.za. I also recently bought www.tantramassage.c o.za gto prevent it going to sex workers, and presently have it linked to the www.tantra-massage.co.za website. I will need to find a new server for this too. I do not necessarily want to stay with Servage.
