Solid work with a clear and respectable design.

Although it's a company's website (as far as I can perceive) it deserves a little optical kick. Maybe you should try some spots in a contrary color. Orange for example. There's too much of this cold blue for my taste. Some eyecatchers would make your site more interesting and pulsating.
#FF9500 or #B38600 might work quite well.

Professional site, well done. Although I agree with the previous poster that it could use some contrasting colors or pictures. I also find the text on the small side, and lacking enough breating space. I think adding some design elements and enlarging font size and line height would benefit the look and feel. But it's a solid site anyway already.
