Bakery Shop Module opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear'

I'm trying to get the Bakery Shop Module to work.  seems it will not show the cart or add to the cart. i tuned on debug, with no luck. 

this is the error i'm getting can anyone point me in the right direction?
