Download of WB 2.13.0 R48 nicht moglich

Entschuldiging fur mein Deutsch. Mein Englisch ist viel besser.

I versuche WB 2.13.0 R48 zum downloaden, aber es funktioniert nicht.
Wenn ich auf den Link klicke, komme ich zu dieser Seite: http://wiki.WebsiteBaker.org/doku.php
Und ich werde gebeten, mich einzuloggen.

Der Download von Version 2.12 funktioniert einwandfrei. Was mache ich falsch?
