Upgrade from 2.10.0 -> 2.13.0 r1

Can I upgrade a WB  2.10.0 directly to 2.13.0 r1 or is it necessary to first upgrade  to 2.11 and 2.12, successively?

Ab der 2.10.x aufwärts gibt es keine versionsübergreifen de Aktualisierungen mehr. Was bedeutet, dass dann in 'Minor'-Schritten von Version zu Version aktualisiert werden muss (2.10.x ⇒ 2.11.x ⇒ 2.12.x).
