few quick little issues if your not aware...

after "links" I still get the right edge of a new button that links to the first tab, language flags (the ones at the top right) dont work. form messes up your layout expanding it about 20 px on each side (only when you shrink your browser window, at my full width its ok). no right top corner shadow either.

I.E. 6.0. with sp2.

It is looking pretty good. You might consider using a news module for your Produkte page.

If you modify the Settings, it works well for that kind of page. I did something similar here:

that might be a good idea, but the client is just going to upload excel-files :-D (download module)
its not realy nice to look at a picture of a bag with animal-food...
