I think the forum access rights are a bit upset at the moment. Try to log out and on again. I had similar problems a few weeks ago; try to send an email to board@WebsiteBaker.org

I tried login/logout more times but the restriction in that board still exists.
I am wondering why this is happening only on that board?

I can't post there, too, that's why I asked for what user groups it is for lately. Got no answer.

As I wrote I am not accessed to any subboard or thread in this board.
I am not allowed to answer posts or post in any subboard of this board, but I am allowed to create polls in those subboards.

I have access to the matching board in the German part of the forum, there is no problem and everything works fine.
