Hi there, i have modified french translation
There was an error here
I have changed
$OVERVIEW['ADMINTOOLS'] = 'Accès aux Outils d'administration de WebsiteBaker...';

to

$OVERVIEW['ADMINTOOLS'] = 'Accès aux Outils d'administration de WebsiteBaker...';

so it works better now in utf8
