Problem with Lazy Days template

I tried to unzip LazyDays template because I want to make changes to image etc but I am getting this error message "Unable to unarchive "lazydays.zip" into "Desktop". (Error 20-Not a directory.)" Can someone tell me the reason please? Thanks.

OS Please? Source please? You are not here for the first time ... those issues can be OS dependent ...

OK, i didnt realise that its OS dependeant. I have been here for awhile and havent come across it before. I am using Mac OS X. I normally just double click it to unzip.

Indeed,
there is a problem with this package under linux also.
Something seems wrong packed. The funny thing is, WB can install it without any problem.
Please dry the attached version.

What did I do:
Installed it in my WB testversion an packed it new from there.

Thanks, Bernd. Your version is finr. I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. Maybe, something need to be mentioned on the template page.
