Drop down menu and Flash problem.

Hai,
I was using allcss2 drop down menu.I find out that my drop down menu for 2nd menu is hidden back of my flash banner.I only able to see my main menu but 2nd menu is hidden back at flash.Please go to my website(http://1st.my) and try go to about us page which is support show the 2nd level menu.
So,how can i set the arrange bring to front(like openoffice) for the menu or arrange bring to back for flash?

Please advice.
