Das fett markierte bitte beachten - das wurde dort entfernt. Aus meiner Sicht ist das eine Verletzung gegen GPL3, und in GPL2 war es nicht anders.

Die Beratung durch  R.A. ist eine "interne" Angelegenheit und betraf GPL und deusches Recht. Darunter fallen z.B. Haftung/Gewährleistung, Vertragsrecht bei GPL-Soft. Desweiteren ging es um Änderungen und Erweiterungen nach USA-Recht. Nur ein Ergebnis der Beratung als Beispiel: Die  "Absichtserklärung" von Ryan ist laut R.A. unwirksam, so wie es kein "bischen Schwangerschaft" gibt.

Da das Thema erschöpfend und abschließend behandelt ist, verspürt niemand mehr Lust auf eine erneute Diskussion.
