Is there a "tagging" function ?

I am searching for a CMS with a good "tagging" function (similar to youtube.com)

I can choose some tags wich are related to the article I wrote.
And if you click at a tag, you get a list of all articles where I choosed that tag, too.

Is there a modul for WebsiteBaker?
