Redirect news problem

Hi,

I have a problem with redirection on my site.. normally when you enter on my site url (www.mysite.com) it goes to my front page, right. But now suddenly it redirects to my news archive page (www.mysite.com/pages/fi/etusivu/uutisarkisto.php), why?

If I try to redirect site from htaccess, it does not effect on my site. Navigation works fine and trough that I can access to my front page.

WB 2.12.2 r379, PHP 7.3.2

Problem started on last week and there has been no changes, what so ever, at least past few monts (except we added one news article on 2020.8.5).
So what I can do to fix this?

In WB Settings is multilingual checked?

Yes there is and multilingual is on.

Now I made a new page (redirect page) and a page template. This page template has redirect to front page. I moved this redirect page to first on wb/pages. Now site works correct. But is it correct to do it like this?

It is not clear how you make your multilingual site.

- home fi
- other page fi
EN
- home en
- other page en

FI is of type menu link and should redirect to home fi.

Yes, FI was redirected incorrectly
Have to inform other users that don't modify Fi page redirections
