FOSDEM 2015
« on: January 15, 2015, 11:21:45 PM »
Hello Website Baker community,

I'm the project founder, Ryan. It has been a long time since I have been active on this forum, and I would like to say thank you to those who have continued to maintain and run the project, it is great to see!

I am from Australia, however I am currently travelling around Europe, and I am planning on attending FOSDEM '15 (https://fosdem.org/2015/) in Brussels, Belgium. If anyone is attending and is interested in discussing anything web/PHP-related, or would just like to say hello, please get in touch!

Cheers,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

I won't be there either, but it's nice to see you on the forum once more. The more time I spend with other CMS's, the more I see how great WB conceptually was and still is. It's a pity the system doesn't offer the slick and powerful options that more modern systems have, but the way it works conceptually is still the best in my opinion. Thanks for laying the foundation of a truly amazing system that still powers thousands of small to midsized websites.

How's the Harvey CMS going, are you still working on it?

Regards,
Jurgen

Hi Ryan,

nice to see you are still around from time to time to watch your baby growing up
Won't be their either, but nice to see you are still active in the field of Open Source and CMS systems.
