Template Help

We purchased a web template we would like to use with WebsiteBaker (It's the best CMS going if you ask us!), but I"m having problems converting the template to work.  Is there someone that does this for free for Non Profit organizations?  Is there someone we may be able to pay to do this?  Any and all help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!
