Title: VERTICAL POP-UP MENU?
Post by: styzer on January 18, 2008, 08:11:47 PM
Hi all,

I've been struggling hard on trying to edit the CSS of an horizontal menu to make it vertical. I read some of the posts here about vertical menus. I feel like a noobie here with this issue.

There are many vertical menus, but none I saw that pops-up the submenu items. All I find are those where you clikc on the menu item and it opens a new page showing the submenu items.

Someone has a clue where I can find this? It has to remain dynamic so that menu items can be changed, deleted or added.

Thanks!

andre

Klaus, I think he's trying to modify one like the AllCSS2 from horizitonal to vertical first level, not vertical 2nd level.

Andre, perhaps post which menu system you're using for more detailed help, not sure what the issue is.  I assume you've deleted the "inline" block elements from a UL to get them vertical?

There's also a new dynamic JS menu as well, which is switchable between horizontal and vertical. Except I can't get it to install.

I've gone back & forth on whether to use JS or CSS myself.
