Title: News in the Main Menu?????

Hi....I am the ultimate newbie, but already loving this package. I do however have one question (the first of many while I get acquainted with this) that I hope someone can answer. I have just added a news page to my site, but as well as appearing in the News menu, the page title also appeared in the main menu - please look at www.davidbeaver.net to see what I mean - so my question is, how do I stop this....obviously if I am going to be adding a number of news pages, then I don't want them all to appear in the main menu as well as the news menu - I only want them in the main menu.

Also I don't remember if I already registered or not, so would someone please be able to tell me if I did - otherwise I will register, because I like this site.

Finally is there anyone else in Sydney using this, who might be able to spare some time to help me settle in to using it....pizza is on me if there is anyone in town who can spare me a couple of hours please.

Ok ok so I know that was three questions, but really only one that relates to the useage of the site.

Hello,

1.) If you don't wanna have a page in the menu tree set it to hidden.

2.) If you mean the registration of this forum here, sometimes it needs a few days till the registration mail arrives. Seems to be an issue of an server, so please be patient.

3.) Pizza sounds good  :-D but sydney is to far from here  :cry:

Thanks so much - I have now registered, and followed your direction and all is good. Just while I am here, how do I go about putting my own banner on top of the site - in place of the "banner" and text that is there now.
