Title: WebsiteBaker 2.6.4 (stable) Released!
Post by: Ryan on May 21, 2006, 01:51:03 PM
Please see:
http://download.WebsiteBaker.org/websitebaker2/stable/2.6.4/
for download/release notes/changelog

Please note: There will be more downloads for changed files, the 2.5.x upgrade script, and security patches, that should be available within 1-2 days.

Enjoy! 8-)

will there be a download just for the files you changed? I don't want to copy the entire installation over.. I've done my own tweaks and additions.

This means that within 1-2 days, along with WebsiteBaker-2.6.4.zip and .tar.gz, you will see:
 * change-files-2.6.3-to-2.6.4.zip
 * upgrade-2.5.2-2.6.x.zip
 * security-patches-2.6.4.zip
 :wink:

Well, let's just say 1-2 days was hopeful.
I have had 1 response so far from any of the people on the team board, so I can't really say I'm getting a helping hand.
Usually everyone is quite active, and I was going to ask them for help, but I somehow think I'm going to have to do the extra packages myself - meaning it could be as late as this weekend :-(

Hello Ryan,

made a changed files Package for my websites. This includes only the changed files since WB 2.6.3. When I'm at home later (had it not here at work) will post it, so you can have a look on it and release it.

By the way, have 2.6.4 working on about 15 production sites without any problems. Great work and the best CMS ever seen.

Matthias

Does 2.6.4 have the modifications in the email file that were causing problems earlier?

I'm referring to the issues from this thread:

Hi!

Just started to get around WB and like it soo far... :-D

That link doesn't seem to work, and I cant find any link at:
http://download.WebsiteBaker.org/websitebaker2/stable
for just upgrading from 2.6.1..... the changelog isn't quite that easy to read for a CMS- and serverrookie like me.... :-o

Hello,

Yes you are right. Deleted the file and unfortunaly have no copy of it. Will search and ask a few people, maybe on of them has a copy. If i found one i reactivate the link.

Sorry

Matthias

Edit:
thanks to gavjof who send me a copy of the files per mail the link in the post above is back online again.
