Title: Project page now required registration to create/modify tickets

Hi all,

Just letting you know that after receiving ~30 spam tickets this morning, I made it top priority to do something about it.
So, I have added the ability for user registration, and set permissions so that only registered users can submit/modify tickets.
This means that if you want to submit a bug, you must register an account and login.
Sorry if this is an inconvenience, but certain people on this planet are evil and drive us to these measures :-(

Good choice!

I think it is much better having bugs reported by registered people only.

No it unfortunetely uses a seperate user database, sorry.
