Hi,

I did not see templates to buy or free download.

The Combosa Templates are very old; none of them responsive or HTML5

Not true, I have bought a few of their responsive templates for various projects and clients. Check out this link to see the list of WB templates, the first in the list of which are responsive:

Or do a search for 'WebsiteBaker responsive' which will bring up just the responsive templates.
