Title: how can i set a delivery date/time for each order for a real baker ?

hello
i'm just trying bakery-shop for a real baker :)

but i need for each order that customer can set
- delivery date request
- delivery time

i didn't find any info about tweaking bakery to add some custom info for each order or is there something like existing that i can tweak ?

more complex will be to limit the delivery only to customer around the baker, maybe using gmap radius or a list of allowed street / zip code...
