it detects jquery plugins that are used on a website!! with link to the homepage of the plugin itself...

just drag & drop it to your bockmark toolbar and call it on a webpage.....

it's a different point of view....again....
your tools are great to do things that firebug do also.....there is no need for them... :wink:
but this detector....did only two things.....show all used PLUGINS no self made scripts - no files - no unnecessary code...
ONLY the plugins + (and that is the mainthing) a direkt link to the plugin page!
a little example to explain it for such they don't try it.... 8-)
your addon shows me on your homepage this:
screenshot1 ...many files hmm only important to know how exatly your page/scripts works and what is actually loaded...like i said firebug does this, too....
the detector script on your page shows.....me that you use.....29 jQuery plugins and rooting me where i can get this plugins...! (while you work with the insert script i don't see this huge pluginslist with your tools :wink:)

hope this helps to sort it out....why the creator of this detector script wrote this script...even if there are such other _beautiful_ tools....

I see neither the path to the file, nor do I get the source code appears to control him.

detecting (adept) what plugin is used.... isn't (!=) knowing how this plugin works.....
two different things <-> two different tools.....
easy example..... your "telling me what happens on this page with JS and CSS tool" (same as dbs mentioned tool "firebug")
tolds me that there are at the startpage of your website:
http://www.WebsiteBaker.net/
are around 15 js files are loaded - i could view them instandly and see how you set up this few scripts!
_but_ the detector tells me that you make with these 15 JS files use of around _30_ jQuery Plugins and what they called....
so far thats the "magic" difference and warranty for _both_ things......... :-D
