Title: How to Add Guidelines

 Hi everyone
I tried to add guidelines for the submission.
I edited the submit.tpl in dreamweaver and when I placed the guielines on the top everything gone and got error.

Are you really in the right place (forum)?

It seems to me that your problem doesn't match any of websitebakers  Modules or the core itself.
