Title: Line breaks in HTML and TEXT mail still broken

I am referring to http://project.websitebaker2.org/ticket/573 which has been marked as fixed, though it isn't.

(Is it possible to get a trac account? I couldn't comment or reopen there, so I am posting here.)

The problem appears if you use SMTP instead of PHP mail on a Unix system, and look at the mail with a client that does not support HTML or has HTML disabled. In this case all line feeds will be missing.

I have suggested a fix as comment 2 to the ticket above, but it has still not been applied so the problem is still there.
