Hi,
I have just asked a question in the help forum.. and i got a kind of weird reply, anyway.. the thread is here:
https://forum.WebsiteBaker.org/index.php/topic,15688.0.html
I have a suggestion for what i would like on my own page, which someone else might get use of.
I have a webpage with lets say 3 different pages:
1. Frontpage
2. News
3. Contact form
- On my frontpage i dont want to show the title of the website.
- On my news page i dont want the title neither..
- But on my contact form i want my page title to be visible.. i think this could be done either be allow to have blank page titles.. or by making a flag to either print the page title or not..
Will this be usable for someone else but me? I consider to just hack the WYSIWYG module, but i would like to raise this as a question at first..
Hope someone has a comment about this.

please do not double post :-D

hi.. this is a feature request.. not a beg for help.
i will hack the wysiwig module and then ask the dev team for what to do in the future..

It is not a hack, and you can not do this in wysiwyg editor. You can do it in code module or with template editor..
cheers

Maybe it is possible to at an extra field at page options to display a page title but I don't think it should be realliest. It's much easier to to it the way crnogorac081 told you and not many people will need this. If I want to have a page "topic" like the title I just write it in the page and not useing [title]. In this case I can change my strukture and the menu without losing my "topics".

Hi,
Thank you for the reply... Well, yes thats true i could just add the topic in the my editor..
But i have this problem that i have 5 different editors.. They are really end users, like they are not that good at working on the web, so often they make the headers in 5 different ways.. of cause i can just school the users to do it this way and do it that way..
But i perfer to look at a way of fixing this issue instead of trying to teach users to do stuff..
So my suggestion would be just a single flag to either print or leave the title..
... and yes i can just do it the way crnogorac081 has in mind, but lets be large, and imagine i have 1000 pages to maintain :) so this is not really any realistic.
Well.. it is just a feature request, i will make a patch to my own system anyway, if the developer of website baker (edgeCMS) likes the idea i will be glad to share my source that will spare my patching after each upgrade.. :)

Hi
there is no developer of WebsiteBaker CMS but a developer team.
If you want a feature be part of core please open a ticket using your nickname
http://project.websitebaker2.org/
and the team will decide wether it will be core or not.
You can attach your code to the ticket.
