Looking good!

Tip, make a startpage (openingpage) without submenu items, that way you won't start with submenu's visible.

try it with stefans improved menu in your template.

Look here (http://www.WebsiteBaker.org/2/forum/index.php?topic=777.0) or at his homepage (http://stefan-braunewell.de/wb/pages/scripts.php).

You also can wait till 2.6.0 is released, the improved menu will be included in this release.

Have fun

hi again..

I have the code from stefans page in my index.php, but i must have done something wrong! i have tryed all the options, (), (1,0,1) and so on, but no of them shows the menu without the submenu, yes one did, but then the submenu did not show at all!!!?

Maybe you should place your code here so we can see what the issue is.

The solution is much more simple than that. Make a page without any sub-pages the top one in the list (i.e. the start page).

Your startpage has subitems, so when your users visit your site, they'll see the submenuitems

Make a startpage, put it on the top of the menu.
Give it NO submenu's

So visitors will see that page first, without submenu items

No trouble, no hazzle, no extra menuscripts needed ;) plain and simple.

Have fun!

aargh, Stefan beat me to it :P

OHHH I just figure it out... I took this out of the css file "   display: block;" under the menu... and vuptiii it looks ok, in win IE

(ok i don´t know what display: block; means, so!
