Post by: rikkibr on January 14, 2009, 11:16:41 PM
Hi

I have translated the "Read more" link in the language editor module and changed to my own language, but still it shows up in english when I post a news item.

Hello.

Did you refresh the browser cache? ([F5] key or [CTRL]+R).

Hi

Yes I tried that and also tried on another computer. I have every setting set to my own language and I have reloaded the addons... so this must be translated in some other place/file

I have tried everything I can think of.

Idea anyone?

Hello,

you can go straight to your News-Module Page and put the button "options".
Then you will see HTML Loops and so fort.

Got to the cell "Post Loop", there you will find:

<tr class="post_top">
<td class="post_title"><a href="[liNK]">[TITLE]</a></td>
<td class="post_date">[MODI_DATE] [MODI_TIME]</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td class="post_short" colspan="2">
[SHORT]
<a href="[liNK]">[TEXT_READ_MORE]</a>
</td>
</tr>

This [TEXT_READ_MORE] can be replaced with your own - but without these brackets [ ] .

Try it, at let me know if it works.

Regards,
Stefek

BTW: Which language?
