Title: FCKeditor not working in some PC
Post by: smartcard on May 07, 2007, 07:06:52 PM
I have the latest version of WB, FCKeditor is working in my office PC but not in the home PC, I know it is a IE or Firefox issue, but how to fix it?

Hello,

javascript and cookies are requiered. If they are blocked from the browser, a firewall or another tool FCKEditor didn't work.

Please replace the default editor "HTML Area", since it is not under development anymore. Suggest you use the FCK Editor.

Your issue sounds like on of the bugs I know of. Although the popup windows seem to be active they are not. switch back to another window and then to the "HTML Area" popup.

cheers

The same problem here on 2 pc's. It's not working when you make a new page with fckeditor. You first have to click on Code and than you can type and click code again so you can use the editor as it's made for.

Thank You :) Problem solved... FCKeditor works just fine for me on FireFox 2.0.0.3 with Javascript and Cookies enabled :)
