Title: Delivery-choise: pick up in store

I want my customers to have te choice to pick up the delivery at our office (with no shippingcosts).
I've been searching the backend but can't seem to find it.
Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this.

Since version 1.74 this is an included payment method.
