Title: Cart showing WYSiWYG block

On my page I have 2 section blocks

<?php page_content(1); ?>
Block 1 is the main content where my bakery products show
Block 2 is WYSIWYG where some info shows above my bakery products but all through checkout Block 2 is showing above everything how can I hide
