Nice design, i really like the clean look.
Hope you keep in mind that search engines wont index a flash-menu.
I see you have an sitemap.xml But maybe you can help the other search-engines who are just spidering by putting the menu hyperlinks in the code what is displayed when there is no flash player installed.

For the rest it looks wonderfull!
