Title: Need help building a template

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction...
I have some skills in layout and graphic design but limited knowledge of code (css,java,etc) I was hoping to be able to create a site deisgn in illustrator/photoshop and have someone create a template that can be integrated into web baker..
Does anyone know if there is such a service... eg. create templates from image designs?

Thanks for the tip about the help docs... I did have a brief look here... ideally this would be the way to go.. learn how to do this myself... I just have limited time is all... thanks though.
