I have a news page with a different template to the main site, I have search form on the template but when search is used it goes back to the main template.
I want the search on the news page to search news only, How do I do this?

Hi,
go to options - searchoptons. There you can chose a template.

Hello,
did you read the doku? I fyes you would know:
1.) you can have for the search page an extra template
2.) you can decide on every page if it should be included in search or not.

You cannot have 2 different search pages.
There is just one search page. (www.yourdomain.com/search)
You could:
1. disable search on all pages except the newspage. The WB search would only search news.
2. Add a google search for the full site (would be including news unless you filter with a robot.txt)

Hello,
just add a search_path to your search-form:
http://nettest.thekk.de/pages/testing/new-search-function/anleitung-ls.php (german)
