Title: Multiflex Templates.... Anything similar out there?

Are there any other full system type templates out there similar to this guy's....?

I really like his latest especially (5), but, looking for a better design.
Anything else out there similar to this? Even if it's just a couple of pages, that might do as well. Thanks

Thanks....  Ya, I know.  Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on css templates in general that are "full system" like Multiflex is.  Have been through all the major and many minor template sites, and I've seen a few that are just one page with a few table and list examples, but I've seen nothing as vast as Multiplex that gives you so many configurable options.

Anyone know of anything out there like that one or close?  Not really talking about WebsiteBaker ones, just in general.
