Title: Disable clicking the toplevel menu from the pulldown menu
Post by: Boudi on November 24, 2008, 01:34:23 PM
Hi,

I tried to search this on the forum but I found nothing, so here it is:

For the last period, several clients asked me if there is a way to disable clicking the toplevel menu from a pulldown menu since there is no page behind it.

e.g.

Portfolio   <-- DISABLE CLICKING
- bags
- shoes
- jackets

Now you can click the page 'Portfolio' but I need to disable that. Just show the pulldown when doing a mouse-over on 'Portfolio'.

Any idea?

The best way to prevent those "useless" pages to show, is to create the Portfolio page as a menu link, pointing to the first sublink (Bags).
If "portfolio" is clicked it will open the first sub-page.

Ok. So this should be the best option.

Thnq. Will implement it right away!  :-D
