Post by: ge_webmaster on January 16, 2008, 03:26:28 AM
this is a website for a company in germany, doing electrical engeneering and building safety fences.
The website has some self-made code in it for language selection etc. just have a look at it yourself:

Well, definitely a piece of solid work. But for me the site appears too plain, colorless and somehow boring. For a new customer it doesn't look very appealing. Of course, a business site isn't the right place for gimmicks or flashy colors, but I think you should try to spice it up a little bit.

What about one additional color beside this blue and grey? Or some more pictures? Maybe you should look over other business websites, just to get a rough idea what's possible.

Hello,

nice site. However, you should have a look on the markup (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gniot.net%2Fwb%2Fpages%2Fen%2Fcompany.php) and your CSS definitions (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gniot.net%2Fwb%2Fpages%2Fen%2Fcompany.php).
