Rooms template: Similar template availabe using GPL/free license?

I have found this great template called "Rooms" at http://www.beesign.com/WebsiteBaker/pages/rooms.php. This is one of the best templates I have seen in ages...

I wonder if anyone has a similar template using a free/GPL license without the need for a backlink?

Hi mercator,

I can't really say I like this template but I guess it's matter of taste. Nevertheless it appears that the whole website is just one php file (one page) with a wide fixed horizontal width, a background image which repeates itself horizontally and with menu links that are anchored. The menu and page transition effects appear to be is done with javascript.
