It's a nice looking site. I like the design and appearance. However, there are some serious syntax errors in your code. For example, you have 2 </head> tags and also 2 complete sets of <title></title> tags.

Also, you have both a linked style sheet and an embedded <style> definition...howeve r, your linked file doesn't even exist and generates a 404.

There are also errors in the form portion of the page.

You might want to run a TIDY on your site to get all of the specific errors.
