Yeah, the first one is the Landzilla theme. I have it listed as that in the links section. The second is just a custom design. The whole top part is flash & html so it doesn't use the menu at all. I have the text menu version in the footer. I coded that by hand too because I don't know how to make the menu render horizontally. :(

you switch from 1st person voice to 3rd person voice. weird! 

great template though ...  i to have flash height problems.  but its ok.
