Nicly done ..

still some room for improvement:

http://www.sektraining.de
1It would bother me to have the menuoptipon "Was ist SEK" split in 2 lines ... give the menuoptions some more space in the CSS.
2) The page "Disclaimer" gives a 404 Error.
3) Modify the template for the subpages and remove the vertical image. Looks great on the startpage, but in my opinion disturbs the reading of subpages.

http://gewaltberater.net
1) The Logo needs to have the same background like the page header area. Currently it displays a "white box". maybe make it a GIF and make the white background transparent.
2) the Menu bar ... I would clode the buttons at the top. Currently they do display open.
3) make the searchbutton the same size as the input box or smaller and center it.
4) I was surprised to be linked out of the site in the main navigation ... maybe rethink that! You want the visitors to stay on your site!

All in all though, a nice set of sites.

cheers

Klaus
