Hey guys, this site I have been developing for quite some time and I really had to work hard with website baker to get it to meet the demands of such a content rich data entry process! Anyway, you can see the results here:

Hello,

Nice version of the allcss template. Only the navigation is a little bit hidden. Not easy to see.

Well I'm thinking of adding some kind of search too eventually. And as for a "nice version of the allcss template", the only thing left from that template is the top of the html file and the wrapper css - which is about 10 lines. So I think, it is not a "version of" anymore really. allcss was my starting point but certainly not my finishing point :)

I've had to really extend things beyond what you normally find in website baker templates. Plus I've also had to fix the non-validating code that website baker generates "out of the box", especially on the form pages with textareas. There's a whole bunch of conditional stuff based on what level the page is at and such things.

your long resort names extend the divs in Firefox.

If it were my site.... (which it isn't)... i'd darken the background color, and increase the contrast on the menu.  Also a main page explaining what this site is... ie. French Resorts... (it took me a second to realize where i am).

Also maps!!

But the site looks good!

Thanks for the feedback =) I'm not really looking into turning it into a full site really at this point. It was just mainly an exercise/design project with website baker for fun ;) So that's why the content is lacking really.

Hmm, so scratch the previous comment, it seems I found the time to really make something of the site. It's become probably too large for the poor admin pages display menu to work effectively now, with just over 400 pages and counting :p But it's been a really interesting project so far with many opportunities to extend various parts of WebsiteBaker to meet the needs of the site including custom admin pages, custom menus and all sorts of other fun things ;)

It would be nice, if you share some of the modifications you made ...

Well I would do gladly but I'm not really sure how to package them up into some kind of universal form, they are just tinkerings with the core code and thus I think quite bad for releasing to the majority of users as it would just get overwritten when the next update is applied. And a lot of it is manual generation rather than automatic generation. If at some point I get it into some form of external module format when I have time, I would do this sure =)

maybe just describe them in a seperat thread (per change) and post the code (or just attache the changed file with the explanations).

cheers
