• fix broken frontend.functions. php / missing register_frontend_F rontendCss() - error in R23
• replace wrong language-files, missing LANGUAGE_LOADED-definition
• change script-url in upgrade-script, produce redirect-error, when wb installed in a subfolder on some server configurations
• remove language file DA.php from Delete-List in getRemoveFiles-Array
